Our Model Development Agency is designed for models seeking structured guidance and career-building opportunities. This agency focuses on scouting, developing, training, and placement, whether models aim to be signed to a professional agency or work as freelancers.

Models accepted into this program sign a one-year contract, and follow our Model Development Program (MDP), which is a development process structured into four three-month intervals. Throughout this first year, models will undergo intensivetraining and portfolio-building. At the end of the year, they can choose to continue with Eyed By Us for further work and training, or pursue signing with a larger, established modeling agency either before or after the first year ends.

Models in the development program are featured on the Eyed By Us website with their portfolios and are available for bookings. To join, models must undergo an interview and contract signing upon acceptance.

The Creative Agency is a collaboration-based network that includes models, photographers, makeup artists, designers, stylists, and other industry creatives. Unlike the structured Model Development Agency, the Creative Agency is community-driven, with a focus on collaborative shoots and networking opportunities. All signed EBU models are automatically part of this network. Members of the Creative Agency are also used to help build the portfolios of our signed models.

This agency network is perfect for models who want to explore modeling as a hobby or gain experience while balancing full-time commitments like work or school.

There is no contract signing required, but all members are expected to remain professional and open to collaboration. While these models do not receive personal career guidance, they still gain valuable industry access.
