Aishah has been modeling since she was 15, navigating an industry with few opportunities in her area. At 5’7”, she was constantly told she was too short—just one inch shy of the industry standard of 5’8”. Who knew an inch could make or break a career? That experience fueled her passion for diversity and inclusion, driving her to create Eyed By Us—a platform she wished she had when starting out.

EBU is a space where aspiring models can receive real guidance, training, and opportunities, regardless of traditional industry standards. Beyond developing talent, Aishah is also a full time photographer and creative director, shaping the vision of EBU in every way. She remains hands-on in every aspect of the agency, ensuring that each model and creative has the resources and mentorship needed to thrive.
