Why We Created This Program
Being located in an area not traditionally known for fashion or modeling, we saw firsthand the lack of resources for aspiring talent. Eyed By Us was built to change that—to provide real guidance and opportunities to those who are often overlooked. Founder Aishah Mariee, who started modeling at 15, knows the struggles of breaking into the industry without proper support. At 5’7”, she was told she was too short by industry standards (5’8”), but she refused to let that define her career. Her experiences fueled her mission to create a space that values inclusivity, boldness, and authenticity—a space where models of all backgrounds and heights have a chance to thrive.

Unlike one-time coaching sessions, the Eyed By Us Model Development Program is a structured, immersive experience.
